Quiet little accommodation with marvellous setting close enough to both the bus terminal and the train station. Welcoming staff on reception and elsewhere. Large room, perfectly clean bathroom.

It is situated in the heart of the city, close to popular attractions such as the war museum/library and the best restaurant in town. the bus station is only 200m away. the rooms are spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable stay for couples. the breakfast served is excellent and satisfying, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Some rooms may experience street noise, which can be a potential downside for light sleepers.

Conveniently located just a short stroll away from the train station 🚶. Plus, it's super close, only a kilometer away, from the Old Post Office Heritage Museum.

The place is clean with wonderful and helpful staff, making for a consistently comfortable stay.

Great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Breakfast offered a wide range of food, both sweet and savoury, and the room was cozy and comfy. the hotel was also located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from shopping centers and tourist spots.

Terrible staff service and misleading information. the staff at the reception were unhelpful and acted as if they had better things to do than to assist their customers.

Cozy single room with central heating, an electronic key card for easy access, and a nice flat-screen TV offering satellite channels. the beds are super comfy and the bathroom is spacious 🛏️🚿.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The central location is ideal, situated on the hills across the main rail artery in the city center. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds and great showers, complete with a proper table too. The breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of options including waffles, coffee, and a skillet omelette. Despite a lack of vegetarian options, the breakfast is inclusive and satisfies different tastes.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel is located in an amazing spot at the city center and is close to a cable car station, we'll definitely come back for future trips.

Convenient central location with easy access to bus connections and shopping. Facilities are up-to-date and well-maintained, with good wifi access. Suitable for occasional work on a shorter business trip. Excellent quality breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Will consider staying here again on my next trip.
